Prenatal/Postpartum Pilates


This class focuses on building core and pelvic strength, healing and preventing diastisis recti, as well as stretching and strengthening the entire body. Come with your baby or come solo!

Each series runs for 12 weeks, with 2 make-up classes (at the same weekly time) added at the end. Drop-ins are also welcome, but please drop us a line to make sure there is room.
