Nutrition for Optimal Health Class


In this 4 week session we will learn about how to use food for all of its health-promoting abilities, not merely to sustain energy.  Topics covered include: mood enhancing properties of foods, personalized blood sugar control techniques for weight control and disease prevention, the what, why and how of fermentation, dietary protocols for healthy hormones, autoimmunity and more. We will also get inspired with some culinary fun, and learn how to get the most nutrition out of the foods we eat.
