Group Nutrition Class


In this 4 week session we will learn about how to use food for all of its health-promoting abilities, not merely to sustain energy.  Topics covered include: seasonal eating, diets for particular conditions, the what, why and how of fermentation, analysis of popular diets, glycemic index and glycemic load, and the latest nutrition research. We will also create and share food together, and explore the practice of infusing foods with intention.
